Jay Ferrari runs a mixed martial arts school in Maryland, where he lives with his wife, two daughters, and a three-legged rabbit. When not teaching people how to choke one another, he writes for the Washington Post, Men’s Health, Chicago Tribune, National Public Radio, Medium and other outlets.
